Global Business Mobility Visa

What is a Global Business Mobility Visa?

The Global Business Mobility visa, introduced on April 11, 2022, offers a new sponsored pathway for companies aiming to establish a presence in the UK, engage in contracts with overseas providers, or relocate employees for specific business purposes. This initiative consolidates and expands on various existing business visas, including Intra-Company visas and the Representative of an Overseas Business visa.

  3. UK Expansion Worker: For foreign employees temporarily relocating to the UK to assist with company expansion.
  4. Service Provider: For contractual service suppliers and self-employed professionals delivering services under UK trade agreements.
